How to move captcha before submit button?

I would like to know how I would setup the captcha just like this "Submit Forum topic". Where the captcha is display before the preview and submit button.

Are you thinking of a particular form? There's a bug report for the CAPTCHA location on CCK nodes. The proper solution of that issue might also solve your problem.
